Paces Place is a unique community located in the wooded areas of Fulton County. It is the first and oldest Condo Townhome Community in Atlanta. It is just to the west of I-75 and bounded on the north and west ends by Nancy Creek. It is about 2 miles to the Chattahoochee River which is the county boundary with Cobb County and the Vinings Area. Paces Ferry Road winds through this area and Paces Place NW is a small street that comes off of Paces Ferry and which is a dead end only available to the residents of the community.
There are 4 interconnected sets of 39 units in the condominium complex. Each condo has its own unique external appearance and internal architecture even though many of these are interconnected. Some units have two levels; others have three levels. All units have a garage.
Common areas include sidewalks to all units and a common park located in the central area of the condominium complex. There is a swimming pool for the complex for exclusive use of the residents in the community.
